Shawn Mendes opened up about stepping back from his tour last year and changing his look in a new interview.

The 24-year-old “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back” crooner cancelled the remainder of his Wonder Tour in July 2022 to focus on his mental health. He’s flown mostly under the radar since then.

However, he revealed where he’s at with new music, talked his style, morning routine and why he shaved his head during a chat with the WSJ. Magazine for their My Monday Morning series.

He also spoke up about his love of ice baths after that underwear-clad polar plunge video he shared on Christmas.
