Halsey & Alev Aydin Split After Over 3 Years, Singer Requests Full Physical Custody of Their Son Ender
Halsey is parting ways with Alev Aydin, and making a request.
The 28-year-old “Without Me” singer is asking a judge to give her full physical custody of her son, Ender, requesting “visitation” be given to his father, via The Blast.
The former couple welcomed their first child together back in 2021.

“We’re told the break up is totally amicable and the former couple is going to co-parent their child,” The Blast noted.
Halsey filed a petition to determine parental relationship with the child’s father Alev Aydin. The filing is used by parents who share a child together and are not married to establish custody, visitation and/or child support.
The singer reportedly wants Alev to share custody and be involved in raising their son, but is asking for full physical custody.
Halsey‘s lawyers ask for “reasonable visitation” to be given to the father. The filing will be used to establish a custody schedule and make it all legal, via The Blast.
Another reported reason for the document is to allow Halsey to travel with her child, as the former couple did not get married.
Halsey is asking the court to give both parents “joint” legal custody of the child.
The singer is also asking the court to order that both parties split the costs of establishing paternity, for their attorney’s fees.
The two met after he was tapped to write a screenplay for a biopic about and starring the singer, which ultimately stalled as they began a romantic relationship.
